Overall Rating 4.5/5 Stars.

By Far, one of my favorite books in the last few years. Tells the twisted tale of the goat gland king and his downfall. Told with wit and dry humor that I appreciate. Brock did a masterful job of keeping the reader interested and spinning the tale of not only Dr. Brinkly but the men who made it their task to bring him down. My final grade of 4.5 is one of the highest I have given in some time. Almost everything in this book gels to perfection, the only complaint I have is that it drags in the middle. Brock did a masterful job of painting the picture of not only the doctor himself but of America and the environment in which quack doctors could thrive.
